A supplier case is useful only when the product, channel and result are kept distinct. These three examples pair verified supplier identities with in-market photography, while reserving sales metrics for the case where measured FairPrice data is available.

Baozhisu — a four-SKU dessert range moved from shipment to display

Zhongshan Luzon (Baozhisu) entered the programme with a four-SKU dessert range. After its first shipment on 4 May 2026, the range reached a prominent FairPrice promotional display and recently entered the FairPrice Top 30.

The shelf photography makes the proposition easy to read: low-sugar and traditional Chinese dessert formats, coordinated packaging and a visible promotional location in the Singapore store.

Yangzhanggui — a distinctive instant-food format earned shelf validation

Yangzhanggui’s Garden Ramen brought a non-fried instant ramen format to FairPrice in Singapore, including a Hong Kong-style rich-sauce flavour. The case is grounded in direct shelf evidence rather than a generic product image.

U100 — focused assortment plus measurable contribution

Wogu Shandong Health Technology launched five U100 SKUs at FairPrice. Through May 2026, the range sold 5,468 units and represented 56% of New Sailing’s measured FairPrice beverage volume.

Here, the photographs verify packaging, flavours and shelf presence; the result comes from FairPrice scanned sales data. Keeping those two evidence types separate makes the case more precise and more repeatable.

What the three cases demonstrate

Different categories need different launch logic, but the operating loop is consistent: select a market-relevant range, complete the documentation and supply work, verify the actual shelf, and use performance data when it exists. That is how an isolated shipment becomes a repeatable supplier-to-retail programme.

Source note: Supplier identities, shipment timing, SKU count and performance figures are taken from the July 2026 New Sailing Intro and internal FairPrice records. In-market photographs were supplied to New Sailing on 17 July 2026. U100 sales figures are YTD May 2026 and describe New Sailing’s measured FairPrice beverage portfolio, not total category share.
