On 1 April 2026, New Sailing Limited formally began operations with a clear mission: to make premium food sourcing more intelligent, transparent and dependable for the world’s leading grocers.

Built around the retailer

New Sailing works backwards from the retail customer. Instead of pushing a fixed catalogue, the team combines retailer strategy, category signals and local operating knowledge to define the right opportunity—then manages sourcing, quality, compliance, logistics and go-to-market execution around it.

This focused Key Account model protects differentiation. It helps each retailer build an assortment suited to its own customers, formats and competitive environment rather than repeating a wholesale list across every channel.

A regional operating footprint

At launch, the business brought together retail programmes across Hong Kong, Singapore, Cambodia and Malaysia, including relationships with Wellcome, HKTVmall, FairPrice Group, Lucky Supermarket and Jaya Grocer.

The company operates through a tri-entity structure spanning Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Singapore, connecting customer-facing teams with China sourcing depth and regional market execution.

What comes next

New Sailing will continue to deepen existing retail programmes, expand selected food categories and use AI to improve product selection, documentation, demand planning and supply-chain coordination. The goal is not technology for its own sake; it is faster learning, fewer avoidable mistakes and more successful products on shelf.
